Our regulated advice process
Domus Wealth Management Ltd is an appointed representative of Mortgage Light Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. All personal recommendations are provided through that regulated framework, following a fact-find and suitability assessment.
Fees
The initial consultation is free and without obligation. Where we go on to submit a full mortgage application on your behalf, our broker fee is £595, payable at the point of application and non-refundable. The fee will be explained to you clearly and confirmed in writing before you decide to proceed.
Complaints
We take any concerns seriously. If you would like to raise a complaint about the service you have received, please contact us in the first instance at mortgage@domuswealthmanagement.co.uk or on 07454 101 440. Complaints are handled in line with the procedures of Mortgage Light Ltd (our principal firm), and you may ultimately be entitled to refer an unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (financial-ombudsman.org.uk).
